Safety Instructions

All Operators Must Read These Instructions Before Use

When using an electrical device, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury:

1. Do not leave the Dryer + Inflator unattended when it is plugged into an electrical outlet. Turn off the Dryer + Inflator, and unplug it when not in use and before servicing.
2. Turn off all controls before unplugging.
3. Do not allow the device to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
4. Use only as described in this manual. Use only with the manufacturer's recommended attachments.
5. Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If the device is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
6. Do not pull or carry by the cord, use the cord as a handle, close a door on the cord, or pull the cord around sharp edges or corners. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
7. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
8. Do not touch the Dryer + Inflator or its plug with wet hands.
9. Do not put any objects into any openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.
10. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all body parts away from openings and moving parts.
11. Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
12. Do not use the Dryer + Inflator to clean or dry flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
13. This device is equipped with double insulation. Servicing a double-insulated device requires extreme care and should be performed only by qualified service personnel at an authorized Snow Joe^® + Sun Joe^® dealer. Replacement parts must be identical to the parts they replace. A double-insulated device is marked with the words "Double Insulation" or "Double Insulated." The symbol may also be marked on the device.

To Reduce The Risk Of Electric Shock – Do not use on wet surfaces. Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.

1. Carefully remove the Dryer + Inflator and check to see that all of the above items are supplied.
2. Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping. If you find damaged or missing parts, DO NOT return the unit to the store. Please call the Snow Joe^® + Sun Joe^® customer service center at 1-866-SNOWJOE (1-866-766-9563).
   NOTE: Do not discard the shipping carton and packaging material until you are ready to use your new Dryer + Inflator. The packaging is made of recyclable materials. Properly dispose of these materials in accordance with local regulations.

The equipment and packaging material are not toys. Do not let children play with plastic bags, foils, or small parts. These items can be swallowed and pose a suffocation risk!

Nozzle Attachments

Included with your Dryer + Inflator are nine nozzle attachments for cleaning different areas and surfaces of your vehicle, as well as inflating various plastic or rubber inflatables.

The tapered nozzle, standard nozzle, air blade and all three air pump adapters can be fitted directly onto the Dryer + Inflator (Fig. 1).

The standard brush can only be used on the Dryer + Inflator via the standard nozzle (Fig. 2).

The detail brush can only be used on the Dryer + Inflator via the straw adapter, which in turn can only be used via either the tapered nozzle or the medium air pump adapter (Fig 3).

Operation

1. Plug the AC power plug into an electrical outlet or an extension cord (Fig. 4).
   
2. Push the ON/OFF switch up for high air flow or down for low air flow (Fig. 5).
   
3. Direct the Dryer + Inflator onto the area you wish to dry or clean (Fig. 6).
   
   Alternatively, if inflating plastic or rubber inflatables such as pool rings, beach balls, air mattresses, rafts and more use the air pump adapters (Fig. 7).
   
   
   Never use the Dryer + Inflator without its sponge filter located in the bottom of the unit.
4. Turn off and unplug when not in use (Fig. 5).

Storage + Maintenance

Store the Dryer + Inflator in the included storage bag when not in use.

Store the Dryer + Inflator away from hot surfaces or under direct sunlight to reduce the risk of a short circuit.

Do not expose the Dryer + Inflator to rain or wet conditions. Water entering the unit will damage it.
