Note:One-Touch and Two-Touch Dialing are not available if the
Internal Phone Book is restricted.

not restricted.

Restricting Incoming/Outgoing Calls
To restrict Incoming or Outgoing calls:

Possible settings for Incoming calls are:
RESTRICT: Calls cannot be received
UNRESTRICT: (default setting) Incoming Calls can be received
Possible settings for Outgoing calls are:
RESTRICT: Calls cannot be made (except 911 and your emergency
numbers).
UNRESTRICT: (default setting) Outgoing calls can be made.
