4. Install the Bath Spout
For Slip Fit Spouts:
Loosen the setscrew and remove the spout assembly from the
shank.
Slip the escutcheon off the spout.
Remove the sleeve and replace with the new sleeve.
Slide the escutcheon onto the spout.
Reassemble the spout.
For Threaded Spouts:
Rotate the spout in order to unthread it from the shank.
Remove the flat washer, spout escutcheon and sleeve.
Install the new sleeve.
Reassemble the spout.
If needed, adjust the locknut under the deck to align the spout.
