Mounting your winch
Choose a suitable and safe mounting location for the winch. Drill three 10 mm holes, washer
and lock washer as shown in Figure.
Mounting the rope to the winch drum
Mounting does not require any screws, nuts or rope fasteners. There are two ways to thread
the rope drum through the holes on the side, as show in Figure.
WARNING! Never fully extend the rope from the drum while pulling a load. Keep
four complete turns of rope around the drum; otherwise the rope can pull loose
from the drum.
Mounting the cable to the winch drum
Mounting requires a cable holder which is attached through the holes, as show in Figure.
