Spülen und Befüllen Vor dem Befüllen ist die Anlage sorgfältig zu spülen. • Alle Verbindungen sind zu kontrollieren und gegebenenfalls nachzuziehen. • Verschraubungen sind beim Nachziehen sicher zu kontern. Nach dem Befüllen der Anlage ist die Station zu entlüften und die Heizungsanlage ggf. nachzufüllen.

    6. Komplettierung der Station 6.1 Montage eines Wärmezählers Grundsätzlich darf der Wärmezähler erst nach dem Spülen der gesamten Heizungsanlage montiert werden.     7. Inbetriebnahme Die Inbetriebnahme erfolgt nach Spülen und Befüllen der Station sowie Druckprobe. Alle heizungs- und sanitärseitigen Installationen müssen abgeschlossen sein. Während der Inbetriebnahme ist die Station gelegentlich zu entlüften (Entlüftungsmöglichkeiten: vgl. Punkt 6.1). Bitte beachten Sie bei der Inbetriebnahme auch die in unserem Serviceheft genannten Hinweise, Richtgrößen bzw. Einstellwerte der eingesetzten Regelarmaturen.

    7.2 Thermostatisches Regelventil Das Regelventil dient der Einstellung der Warmwasser-Bereitung und zur Warmhaltefunktion. Der thermostatische Volumenstromregler inkl. im Warmwasseranschluss montiertem Fernfühler begrenzt den Heizungsvolumenstrom bei Überschreiten der eingestellten Warmwassertemperatur. Die gewünschte Temperatur wird durch Drehen des Handrades eingestellt. Inbetriebnahme 7.3 Differenzdruckregelventil Um das Ballorex Delta anders einzustellen, den Innensechskantschlüssel gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis der Endpunkt erreicht und die Feder völlig entspannt ist. Ab diesem Punkt den Innensechskantschlüssel im Uhrzeigersinn um die Anzahl an Drehungen drehen, die in den obigen Tabellen der erforderlichen ΔP-Einstellung entspricht.

    7.4 Schmutzfänger Der Schmutzfänger im VL-Anschluss der Station schützt die Anlage vor Schlamm und Verunreinigungen. Diese können durch die Demontage des Stopfens ausgespült werden. Bleed the system every so often during the commissioning process (bleeding devices: cf. point 6.1).     7.2 Thermostatic control valve The control valve is used to adjust the hot water preparation system and for the heat retention function. The thermostatic flow rate controller, including the remote sensor installed in the hot water connection, restricts the heating system flow rate if the set hot water temperature is exceeded.

Commissioning 7.3 Differential pressure control valve To adjust the Ballorex Delta setting, rotate the hexagon socket wrench counter-clockwise until the end point is reached and the spring is fully released. From this point, rotate the hexagon socket wrench clockwise by the number of rotations that correspond to the required ΔP setting in the following tables. The differential pressure is adjusted with a 4-mm hexagon socket wrench.
