    The machine secondary stop control panel Figure 5 is located in the unloading area of the processed product. It is installed exclusively in the “SYNCRO M” and “SYNCRO EM” versions as the working position of the operator for these machines is particularly distant from the main control panel; the presence of this secondary control panel thus improves the ergonomics when stopping the machine.

    Automatic Divider-rounder model Syncro INSTALLATION AND USE INSTALLATION ROOM REQUIREMENTS The place where the machine will be kept and/or used must conform to the current laws in force and ensure adequate protection from impacts, damage, deterioration and atmospheric agents. The dimensions and characteristics of the access points must allow the easy and safe passage of the machine without people or the machine itself being put at risk.

    Automatic Divider-rounder model Syncro FIRST START UP AND VERIFICATION OF THE CORRECT ROTATION DIRECTION OF THE MOTORS When starting a new machine for the first time a with three-phase power supply, it is necessary to check the correct rotation direction of the motors. For this purpose, the machine is equipped with a device for monitoring the phasing of the electrical power supply so that, if the phases are inverted during the electrical connection, the control panel display will show the image in Figure 11 as soon as the machine is switched on.

Flour is important for the correct processing of the dough: if it is insufficient compared to the consistency of the dough, the latter may not be dropped off correctly onto the rounding system, as it will stick in areas outside the normal flow of the work cycle.

    IMPORTANT! If the tank needs to be topped up frequently, check that there are no oil leaks; in case of leaks, immediately contact Artezen or the nearest authorized service centre. The oil in the tank must be replaced completely every 8000 hours of work and at least once every 4 years.
