5. DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTION SOLAR PANEL 2,8W

„ON"-switch:
z When the light intensity is high, the pump works and the LED light is on. The battery is charged with
the excess energy.
z At low light intensity, the pump and the LED light is working with the battery energy. If the battery is
discharged, the pump stops and the LED light is switched off. In daylight the battery is charged and
the pump operation starts again.
„OFF"-switch:
z When the light intensity is high, the energy from the solar panel is used for the pump and the LED
light. The battery is not charged.
z At low light intensity the pump stops and the LED light is off.

The perfomance of the pump depends on the orientation of the solar panels toward the sun and the
