7 During operation
Max. torque for synchronous motors
The maximum torque has been reached, when the motor has drawn the maximum
permissible current. The maximum permissible current is limited by the
demagnetisation danger of the rotor's permanent magnets.
Ensure that the temperature of the magnets does not exceed 80 °C.
Due to the danger of overheating, the maximum torque may not be applied for
more than 1 second. The cycle time is in relation to the thermic conditions.
Ensure that, on average, heat dissipation for S1 operation is not exceeded.
