You can choose the following options, by pressing
the Options soft key.
New : allows you to write a new item.
Mark : allows you to mark an item or job.
Edit : allows you to edit your item's details.
Sort : allows you to sort according to priority 1,
priority 2, or marking status.
Copy : copies one item to another.
Delete : deletes the item.
Delete All : deletes all items.
Calendar
You can view calendars of 1900 through to 2099.
You can also view some information on the bottom-
right of the display. The form of the information looks
like this– 69:11:296. These numbers represent the
number of passed days, the number of passed
weeks, and the number of left days in this year.

World Time
You can use your phone to check the current time in
21 major cities around the world. Scroll through the
cities using

.
The screen shows the:
• City name
• Current date and time
• Time difference between the selected city and
your city if you have set the local time (see below
for further details) or GMT (by default)
To select the time zone in which you are located,
proceed as follows.
1. Select the city corresponding to your time zone by
pressing

one or more times.
The local date and time are displayed.
2. Press the Set soft key.
