Settings

Using this menu, you can set up various options for
using the messaging feature.
Scroll Timer

If an incoming message is too long for the display, the
phone displays it by scrolling the screen automatically.
You can set how fast the phone scrolls the message to
the next screen.
If you select Off, you need to scroll to the next screen
manually by using the Up or Down key.
Msg Reminder

When a message is received, the phone alerts you by
sounding the specified ringer. You can set how often
this happens.
When you select Off, the phone alerts you just once
when you receive an incoming message and displays
the New Message icon (

You can change the default settings for creating a new
message.
The following options are available:
Callback #: allows you to change the callback
number.

Save Message: allows you to set whether or not you
want the transmitted message to be saved in your
Outbox.
- Do Not Save: the phone does not save the message.
- Prompt Save: the phone asks whether or not you
want to save the message.
- Auto Save: the phone automatically saves the
message.
Entry Method: allows you to select the text input
mode from Thai Matrix, Thai Multitab, Thai T9,
English T9 and Abc.
Delivery Ack: allows you to activate or deactivate
the delivery acknowledgement feature.

This menu allows you to change 44 canned messages.
1. Scroll to a message on the list and press the Edit
soft key.
2. Change the message, as needed.

3. When you are finished, press the Save soft key.
