Serial port 8 indicates data transmission and
reception. When the
network cable is not detected after power on, it
D-LED-8 defaults to being pulled low. When
there is data transmission and reception, a 100ms cycle
is used, and a 50ms low-level output pulse is used. When
there is no data, a high-level output is used
