Windows Vista operating system firewall blocks the
USB Over IP Admin Quick Start Icon from starting up
automatically at boot up. Follow the steps below to
enable it.
1. After Windows Vista has fully started, click on the
Blocked startup programs icon located in the
taskbar by the system clock.
2. Place the mouse cursor over Run blocked program,
then click USB Over IP Admin Application. Click
Allow.
Note: Follow these steps each time Windows Vista
is booted up or restarted.
