OPERATION & MAINTENANCE GUIDE
Congratulations! You are now the proud
owner of a Glendinning power cord
reel! Here are a few important things to
know to get the best usage and
enjoyment out of your cord reel!
EXTENDING YOUR CABLE
1. Pull out sufficient cable length that will allow
you to route cable to RV Park power post.
2. Plug cable into receptacle. Ensure that the
"Easy-Out" lever is folded down on the cord set
and flush with the receptacle. Green LED on
plug will turn on when sufficient power is
present on both power wires.
RETRACTING YOUR CABLE
1. Detach plug from RV Park power
receptacle by lifting the bottom
of lever on plug (see right).
2. Press and hold Power Switch and
the cord will retract. Release
switch when the cable is fully
retracted.
3. To fully retract cable and to
make payout easier, guide cable
onto spool so that it "level
winds" from left to right and
then from right to left. The cable
will require two layers of cable
to be spooled onto reel.
