    Using Audible Diagnosis to Diagnose Issues Follow the instructions below to use the audible diagnosis method. • Launch the LG ThinQ application and select the Smart Diagnosis feature in the menu. Follow the instructions for audible diagnosis provided in the LG ThinQ application.

Failure to follow this warning may result in serious injury, fire, electric shock, or death. • Never use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents to clean the appliance. They may damage the finish.
  • Page 29 MAINTENANCE Cleaning the Water Inlet Filter • For models without a lint filter, the lint is discharged when the water drains during washing. Water inlet filter collects lime or any small objects that may be in water supplied to the appliance. Clean the water inlet filter regularly.
  • Page 30 MAINTENANCE Wash the filter with a soft brush. CAUTION • Do not drop the filter on the floor. • Be careful not to get your fingernails caught in the filter when you handle the filter. • The lint filter should be back into its original position after being washed to avoid damage to your laundry items.
  • Page 31 MAINTENANCE Turn the cap on the rear of the appliance counter-clockwise and pull it out. Remove any foreign objects and fluff inside pump casing and from the filter. Insert the filter along the guide ribs inside the pump casing and turn the cap clockwise to refit the cap.
