TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The root milling machine BFS-15 is a hand-held machine and is powered by a powerful 4-stroke
OHV gasoline engine.
The motor drives the milling wheel via V-belts.
The milling wheel is covered by the protective hood. Slight pressure on the handlebar controls the
milling wheels depth and direction.
The handle bar is equipped with a height-adjustable handle.
The left bike is braked, the right bike is free-running, i.e. not braked.
A wide chassis and wheels with air tyres allow for convenient transport.
A hand-start device serves as the starting device for the gasoline engine. The engine speed is
controlled by the throttle lever on the handlebar.
The ignition circuit is closed by the motor switch (turned off) or opened by actuating the
EMERGENCY STOP handle, and thus the gasoline engine is stopped.
