Error Messages

If you attempt an incorrect operation or if an operation could
not be executed, the display will indicate an error message.
Refer to this list and take the appropriate action.

No more patterns can be recorded.
Press [STOP/EXIT]. If you want to continue recording
patterns, you must first delete unneeded patterns. (p. 62)

No more songs can be recorded.
Press [STOP/EXIT]. If you want to continue recording
songs, you must first delete unneeded songs. (p. 67)

During pattern editing, using "Copy Pattern" or
"Delete Pattern," the selected pattern contained no
data.
Press [STOP/EXIT], then select a different pattern.

During song editing, using "Insert Pattern" or "Delete
Pattern," the selected pattern contained no data.
Press [STOP/EXIT], then select a different part.

If this message appears while receiving data, reduce the
amount of MIDI data that is being transmitted to the DR-
770.
Change the MIDI mode setting so unnecessary MIDI
messages are not transmitted or received. (p. 87)
