Possible Cause Solution
Arrange a hearing test.
Replace your dome with a
bigger size.
Try using a shorter slim tube.
Remember to follow the
instructions on how to select
the correct dome size and slim
tube length on page.
Confirm that the left and right
hearing aids are placed on the
correct sides of the charging
case.
Using a soft, lint-free cloth,
remove any moisture or debris
from the charging contacts on
the hearing aids and charging
pins in the charging case.
If the charging case or hearing
aids have been exposed to
high temperatures, allow them
to return to room temperature
and then try charging again.
