The product should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other products (including amplifiers) that produce heat as well as direct sunlight. If the product experiences sudden changes in temperature, moisture may form inside the product. Do not place heavy objects on ReplayTV. Heavy objects placed on ReplayTV may cause damage.
  • Page 6 LABOR: For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”), if the ReplayTV is determined to be defective, SONICblue will repair or replace the unit, at its option, at no charge, or pay the labor charges to any ReplayTV authorized service facility. After the Warranty Period, the customer must pay for all labor charges.

IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: By pressing “PLAY” and accepting to continue with the setup process to begin using the software in your ReplayTV, you agree to be bound by this agreement, including the terms that apply to the software license. If you do not agree to the terms of this agree- ment, you may promptly return your ReplayTV to the point of purchase for a refund of your purchase price, or you may contact SONICblue for instructions on where to ship the ReplayTV, at SONICblue's cost, for a full refund of the purchase price after inspection.

On termination of the licenses, SONICblue may erase or destroy all copies of the Software on your ReplayTV and you agreed to destroy all accompanying documentation. To send a recording to another ReplayTV user you must first enter their Internet Serial Number in your Internet Address Book. Adding other ReplayTV users to your Internet Address Book 1.
