My pro-form treadmill trainer 10.0 will not let me do any updates it goes back to say retry again. I have reset turned it on and off and it still is not working. Could you give me some information to fix this?

To fix update issues on the Pro-Form Trainer 10.0 treadmill, turn the treadmill off using the power switch, then turn it back on. Once the console turns on, check for firmware updates (see step 5 on page 25). It may take a few minutes for the console to be ready for use.
