8. Warranty
We will provide comprehensive warranty services according to local laws and
regulations.
To protect your legal interests, please read the following notes carefully:
• A valid Proof of Purchase shall be issued by the seller at the time of purchase.
• Please keep your Proof of Purchase for future reference.
• In case of any damage of the product that is not due to human factors, consumers
are entitled to enjoy customer service free of charge by providing Proof of Purchase
within the warranty period.
The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. The valid warranty period expires.
2. The product is damaged because it is accidentally dropped or immersed in water
when in use.
3. Damages are caused by human factors such as unauthorized disassembly,
modification, etc.
4. Damages are caused by force majeure (e.g. fires, earthquakes, and lightning).
5. Damages are caused by improper usage that does not conform to the user guide or
operation manual.
6. Damages are caused by usage in environments not conforming to product
specifications.
7. Information on Proof of Purchase is inconsistent with the product serial number or
has been altered.
8.The keyboard is highly customizable and easy to be rebuilt.
If anything goes wrong with any of the keyboard components
of keyboard during the warranty period, we will only replace
the defective parts of the keyboard, not the whole keyboard.
