Cassette Player

Playing the Tape

EN
1. Select TAPE mode.
2. Press slightly the cassette player door to open.
3. Insert tape and close the door.
4. Select between deck 1 & 2.
5. Start playback.
6. Pause playback. Press again to
resume playback. (PAUSE & PLAY
are separate keys on remote con-
trol)
7. Wind tape forward or back-
ward. Press STOP to end wind-
ing.
8. Stop playback.
Continuous Playback
Rotate until you see "C" appears on dis-
play to activate continuous playback
either from deck 1 to 2 / 2 to 1 (once only,
and not from 1 to 2 and then 1 again).

Recording

1. Insert tape into cassette player deck 1.
2. Select recording source (CD,
TUNER, TAPE or AUX)
3. Start recording.
4. Playback will be started automatically for CD and
tape recording. For recording from auxillary input,
TAPE
you have to start playback on the auxillary unit (e.g.
MD player).
5. Pause recording. Press again to
PLAY
resume recording.
6. Stop recording.

Tips:
• read "More Information" for care and
maintenance on casette player.
STOP
• RECORD icon shows on display during recording.
• RECORD button cannot be activated without
inserting cassette tape.
• Make sure the tab on the side of the tape is not
removed for recording.
• Press SET to reset tape counter to 0000.
