- Page 4 GENERAL SAFETY RULES WARNING Before you put the machine into operation, you must read this instruction manual. When using this machine, observe the following safety instructions to exclude the risk of personal injury or material damage. Please also observe the special safety instructions in the respective chapters. Where applicable, follow the legal directives or regulations for the prevention of accidents in relation to the use of this machine.
- Page 5 SLOPE OPERATION Slopes are a major factor related to slip and fall accidents, which can result in severe injury. Operation on slopes requires extra caution. If you feel uneasy on a slope, do not till on it. If the slope is greater than 15 degrees, do not use on it.
- Page 6 9. Move smoothly. The load should not be jerked or snatched, this can make it harder to keep control & can increase the risk of injury. 10. Don’t lift or handle more than can be easily managed. There is a difference between what people can lift and what they can safely lift.
- Page 7 STEP 3 Fit the crossbar to the front frame, using the slots provided. STEP 4 Attach the tub to the crossbar, using 1x M8x20 bolt, washer & nut. STEP 5 Secure the tub to front & handle frames, using 4x M8x30 bolt, washer and nut.
- Page 8 YOUR COMPLETED WHEELBARROW OPERATION Wheelbarrows don’t have any moving parts or sharp edges and are easy to use, but they can cause serious injuries. Anytime you balance a heavy load on a single wheel, you have to pay attention to what you’re doing. Because there’s no top to a wheelbarrow, you may think you can keep loading it as long as the material doesn’t fall out, but overloading a wheelbarrow is a sure way to lose control of it.
