End of Sale/End of Life for Tenor A200 MultiPath Voice/Data Router
The Tenor A200 MultiPath Voice/Data Router product is being discontinued.
The last day to order Tenor A200 products will be March 1, 2004.
Introduction
The Tenor A200 MultiPath Voice/Data Router was first introduced in January 2002.
These products have been successfully deployed and providing voice over IP services in
small office and home office (SOHO) applications throughout the world.
End of Sale and End of Life
This document outlines the End of Sale (EoS) and End of Life (EoL) plan for the Tenor
A200 product line.
The reason for this EoL notice is the upcoming introduction of the new Tenor AS Series
of products which replaces the A200 product.
The TenorAS Series offers a wider range of configurations plus enhanced capabilities to
better meet the needs of our customers.
Recommended Product Migration
The recommended alternatives for Tenor A200 product are shown in the table below -

Tenor ASM200
Tenor ASG200
** Please note that the new Tenor AS Series products are not direct replacements for
the Tenor A200. The Tenor A200 included an IP router, firewall, and a four port Ethernet
hub. The Tenor AS Series products do not include a router, firewall, or hub and are
designed to be connected into the users LAN which will already have a router and
firewall of the users choice.
