- *Devices connected to the router can share the files in the USB disk or mobile HDD that is inserted to the USB port of the router.

Wiring
- Connect the WAN port to the Internet via network cable.

- Connect your router to power outlet via power adapter and wait for 90 seconds.

Configuring
You can configure the parameters through the computer or the mobile phone. We take the computer configuration as an example.
- Connet the LAN port and the computer via network cable. The computer will get the IP address of the router automatically.

- Open the Internet browser (Internet Explorer 8.0 and above is recommended) and input 192.168.7.1 or wifi.ezvizlife.com. Press Enter to go to the configuring page.
- Set the parameters such as router password, Wi-Fi name and password, etc.
You can also connect your mobile phone to Wi-Fi from the router, open the browser in the mobile phone, and follow Step 4 and Step 5.
Wireless Connecting
- EZVIZ Detector(s)
- Power on the detector, and then take it close to the router (within 50cm).
- Press the router's IPC ACCESS/SYNC button for 1 second, and then trigger the detector's "registration signal" (Refer to the Quick Start Guide of Detector for detailed operation instructions.), your detector will automatically connect to the router (up to 32 detectors are allowed).

- Once connected, you can view and set up the detector(s) through EZVIZ App.
- The router will exit One Key Access after 2 mins.
- Currently only some models support EZVIZ Detector(s).
- EZVIZ Wi-Fi Camera(s)
- Power on the camera, and reset the camera, wait for 2 mins.
- Press the IPC ACCESS/SYNC button for 1 second to start detecting your camera(s). Once connected, camera status light will start flashing blue. The router will exit One Key Access after 2 mins.

- Other Wi-Fi Device
- Find the Wi-Fi from the router and connect it by entering the Wi-Fi password that you have set in Step 5.
Adding to EZVIZ Account
- For first time users, download the EZVIZ App in your Android phone or iPhone. Register an EZVIZ account. For existing users, open the EZVIZ App and log in.
- Add the router by tapping the (+) sign in the HOME screen, then scan the QR code on the router or type in its serial number.

You can add your camera(s) to EZVIZ app by the same way. - Once added to the EZVIZ account, tap the router in the EZVIZ App Home screen to verify the camera(s) linked to it.
Recommended Router's Position
For the router's best performance, you can place the router as below.

- The distance between each antenna should be larger than 6 cm.
- Keep the router away from household appliances as far as possible.
Wi-Fi Guard
Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Wi-Fi Guard to enable it.
Enable Wi-Fi Guard to ensure your Wi-Fi security. Once enabled, you can only connect devices to Wi-Fi within 2 mins after pressing the IPC ACCESS/SYNC button on the device or in EZVIZ App.
Currently only some models support Wi-Fi Guard.
One Key Access
- For EZVIZ cameras, refer to Step 8 and Step 9.
- For the devices supporting WPS function:
- Search the Wi-Fi, click or press the WPS button on the device interface or on the device body.
- Press IPC ACCESS/SYNC button of the router for 1 second to connect Wi-Fi.
