I telefoni GSM devono essere sempre spenti all’interno degli aerei. Evitare di puntare la porta infrarossi direttamente verso gli occhi. Non tenere acceso il telefonino nelle vicinanze delle stazioni di servizio, depositi di carburante, impianti chimici o depositi e aree con presenza di esplosivi.

    Preparazione del telefono 1. Inserimento della scheda SIM Localizzare la sede per la scheda SIM sulla parte posteriore del telefono. Per inserire la scheda SIM: 1. Rimuovere la batteria, se è presente 2. Inserire la scheda SIM nella sua sede, sotto i due dentini metallizzati, con i contatti dorati verso il basso e l’angolo tagliato in alto verso sinistra.

    3. Ricarica della batteria Prima di collegare l’adattatore da viaggio al telefono verificare che la batteria sia installata correttamente. 1. Inserire un’estremità dell’adattatore da viaggio nella parte inferiore del telefono. 2. Collegare l’altra estremità dell’adattatore da viaggio ad una presa a muro AC. Utilizzare solo il caricatore incluso.

    Codice di sicurezza (da 4 a 8 cifre) Il codice di sicurezza (impostato a 0000 in fabbrica) protegge il telefono da un uso non autorizzato ed è interno al telefono (il codice PIN è sulla SIM). Questo codice viene richiesto quando si desidera cancellare tutte le voci in rubrica e per riportare il telefono ai parametri di default (reset totale).

Si puo scegliere se indirizzare la memoria del telefono o quella della SIM tramite il [Menu 6-3-5]. Nel telefono si possono memorizzare sino a 255 numeri e inserire nomi sino a 20 caratteri. La capacita di memorizzazione della scheda SIM diponde dalla SIM utilizzata.
