Cause
Another user has paired the
coffee machine with a different
smart device and is currently
using the machine.
Your coffee machine is updating
the Firmware.
Solution
Wait until the other user has finished
the current brewing process and re-pair
your smart device with the coffee
machine.
Wait for at least one minute, then the
firmware update process is finished.
During this time the coffee machine
cannot be used.
