EINFÜHRUNG Zu dieser Anleitung Die Anleitung ermöglicht den sicheren Umgang mit den Geräten und muss in deren unmittelbarer Nähe, für das Personal jederzeit zugänglich aufbewahrt werden. Das Personal muss diese Anleitung vor Beginn aller Arbeiten sorgfältig durchgelesen und verstanden haben. Grundvoraussetzung für sicheres Arbeiten ist die Einhaltung aller angegebenen Sicherheitshinweise und Handlungsanweisungen in dieser Anleitung. -

SICHERHEIT Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Die Geräte dienen zur Inspektion von gereinigten Rohrleitungen unter Verwendung von Originalzubehör und -komponenten von Kummert. Jede über diesen Einsatzzweck hinausgehende Nutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Zielgruppe Diese Anleitung und die Benutzung des Geräts richtet sich an ausgebildete Kanalinspekteure oder Personen mit vergleichbarem fachlichen Wissen und einer dementsprechenden, dokumentierten Unterweisung. -

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Ablassgurt aufgewickelt ist und weder eingeklemmt werden kann noch am Boden schleift. Ziehen Sie die Flügelmutter so fest an, dass der Ablassgurt sich nicht abwickeln kann. Heben Sie die Umlenkrolle am Tragegriff an und hängen diese an der Kabel- trommel ein. -

KR-200 HD mit HD-Fahrwagen verbinden Fassen Sie das Kabel am Anschlussstecker an und ziehen Sie so viel Kabel heraus, dass der Abstand zwischen Kabeltrommel und Fahrwagen überbrückt werden kann. Verbinden Sie den Anschlussstecker der Kabeltrommel mit der Buchse des Fahrwagens. Achten Sie auf die korrekte Position des Steckers. -

Umlenkrolle platzieren und anbringen Positionieren Sie die Umlenkrolle neben der Kabeltrommel, so dass der Gurt bei den nächsten Arbeitsschritten parallel zum Kabel nach unten geführt werden kann. Die Umlenkrolle kann zu jedem beliebigen Zeitpunkt vor der Inspektion angebracht werden - sowohl vor als auch nach dem Ablassen des Kabels in die Inspektionsöffnung. -

Öff nen Sie die Flügelmutter so weit, dass sich die Gurtrolle bewegen lässt. Lassen Sie die Gelenke der Umlenkrolle am Gurt so weit hinunter, dass sie die Kante des Rohres vollständig abdecken werden, wenn sich der Fahrwagen für die Inspektion in Bewegung setzt. Ziehen Sie die Flügelmutter fest. -

Bedienung Die Bedienung während der Inspektion erfolgt über das proTab und die Software can3D ® (siehe Bedienungsanleitungen). Im Falle einer Gefährdungssituation, Störung oder Fehlfunktion der Kabeltrommel betätigen Sie sofort den Notaus-Schalter. Das Gerät wird in den Stillstand versetzt. Um das Gerät nach Betätigung wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen, muss der Schalter durch Drehen entriegelt werden. -

Reinigen Sie den Gurt der Umlenkrolle beim Einholen und das Gehäuse anschließend mit einem feuchten, sauberen Tuch. Reinigen Sie das Kabel der Kabeltrommel bereits beim Einholen mit einem feuchten, sauberen Tuch. INTRODUCTION About the manual The manual ensures the safe operation of the devices and must be kept in the devices‘ close proximity, immediately accessible for any personnel. All personnel are to carefully read and understand this manual before taking up work. As a precondition for safe operation, all safety instructions and operational procedures given in this manual must be observed. -

Any other use of the devices considered improper. Target group This manual is addressed to skilled sewer and pipe inspectors or individuals with a comparable, documented qualification. -

Make sure that the drain belt is wound up and cannot be jammed or drag on the ground. Tighten the wing nut so that the drain belt cannot unwind. Lift the pulley by the carrying handle and hook it onto the cable drum. For this purpose, place the notches on the suspension of the cable drum. -

Connecting KR-200 HD with HD crawler Grasp the cable at the connector plug and pull out enough cable to bridge the distance between the cable drum and the crawler. Connect the connector plug of the cable drum to the socket of the crawler. -

Place and attach the deflection pulley Position the deflection pulley next to the cable drum so that the belt can be guided down parallel to the cable during the next work steps. The pulley can be installed at any time prior to inspection - both before and after the cable is lowered into the inspection opening. -
Page 26: Operation
Open the wing nut enough to allow the belt pulley to move. Lower the belt so that the joints of the pulley cover completely the edge of the pipe when the crawler starts moving for inspection. Tighten the wing nut. NOTE If the cable runs through sharp or uneven edges without protection, it will cause damage and excessive wear. -

Operation Operation during the inspection is performed via the proTab and the can3D® software (see operating instructions). In the event of a hazardous situation, malfunction or failure of the cable drum, immediately actuate the emergency stop switch. The device will be brought to a standstill. To put the unit back into operation after actuation, turn the switch to unlock it. -

When unwinding and rewinding the cable, injuries can be caused by the turning drum and unintended unwinding of the cable. -

Clean the belt of the pulley during retrieval and the housing afterwards with a damp, clean cloth. Clean the cable of the cable drum with a damp, clean cloth during retraction.
