    EINFÜHRUNG Zu dieser Anleitung Die Anleitung ermöglicht den sicheren Umgang mit den Geräten und muss in deren unmittelbarer Nähe, für das Personal jederzeit zugänglich aufbewahrt werden. Das Personal muss diese Anleitung vor Beginn aller Arbeiten sorgfältig durchgelesen und verstanden haben. Grundvoraussetzung für sicheres Arbeiten ist die Einhaltung aller angegebenen Sicherheitshinweise und Handlungsanweisungen in dieser Anleitung.

    SICHERHEIT Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Die Geräte dienen zur Inspektion von gereinigten Rohrleitungen unter Verwendung von Originalzubehör und -komponenten der Kummert GmbH. Jede über diesen Einsatzzweck hinausgehende Nutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Zielgruppe Diese Anleitung und die Benutzung des Geräts richtet sich an ausgebildete Kanalinspekteure oder Personen mit vergleichbarem fachlichen Wissen und einer dementsprechenden, dokumentierten Unterweisung.

    Mit seinen diversen Radsätzen und Spurverbreiterungen deckt der F-200 HD die Inspektion von Nennweiten ab DN200 bis hin zu DN800 ab. Durch den stufenlos verstellbaren Hubarm befindet sich die Kamera dabei immer in der Rohrmitte. Der F-200 HD ist eine Systemkomponente. Zum Betrieb wird eine Kabeltrommel und ein Grundgerät benötigt.

    MONTAGE Zum Betrieb des F-200 HD wird das Profi HD/ Profi NG, proTab und eine Kabeltrommel der HD-Generation benötigt. Lesen Sie vor Gebrauch alle relevanten Bedienungsanleitungen sorgfältig durch. Räder und Spurverbreiterungen montieren Wählen Sie die passende Kombination aus Spurverbreiterungen und Rädern für den zu inspizierenden Rohrdurchmesser.

    Halten Sie das Rad fest und ziehen Sie die Schraube mit dem Drehmomentschlüssel an bis dieser knackt. F-200 HD mit Kabel verbinden Entfernen Sie ggf. die Schutzkappe. Verbinden Sie die Kamerabuchse mit dem 6-poligen Stecker des Kabels. Achten Sie auf die korrekte Position der Kontakte.

    INNENDRUCK ANPASSEN Ventildeckel entfernen Stellen Sie sicher, dass der F-200 HD mit dem Grundgerät verbunden und eingeschaltet ist. Schrauben Sie den Deckel vom Ventil und legen Sie ihn beiseite. Innendruck erhöhen Setzen Sie die Luftpumpe auf das Ventil und öff nen Sie den Hebel um sie am Ventil zu fi xieren.

    HINWEIS Ein zu hoher oder zu geringer Innendruck führt zur Undichtigkeit des F-200 HD. Eindringende Feuchtigkeit kann hohe Sachschäden verursachen. ABLASSEN UND EINHOLEN F-200 HD in den Schacht ablassen Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Hubarm auf dem F-200 HD aufl iegt, sich also in der niedrigsten Position befi ndet.

Any use beyond this purpose is considered improper use. Target group These instructions and the use of the device are intended for trained sewer inspectors or individuals with comparable technical knowledge and qualification.

    ASSEMBLY The Profi HD/ Profi NG, proTab and a cable drum of the HD generation are required to operate the F-200 HD. Read all relevant operating instructions carefully before use.. Mounting wheels and wheel spacers Select the appropriate combination of wheel spacers and wheels for the pipe diameter to be inspected.

    Hold the wheel fi rmly and tighten the screw with the torque wrench until it clicks. Connect F-200 HD with cable Remove the protective cap, if necessary. Connect the camera socket to the 6-pin connector of the cable. Ensure the correct position of the contacts.

    ADJUST INTERNAL PRESSURE Remove the valve cap Make sure that the F-200 HD is connected to the base unit and switched on. Unscrew the cap from the valve and set it aside. Increase internal pressure Place the air pump on the valve and open the lever in order to secure it to the valve.

Remove the cable from the pulley if necessary (for more information, refer to the operating instructions for the cable drums).
