1) Data View Type : Press and Hold Pre Wash and Temp key simultaneously, and then turn around the
knob until it display '043'.
2) Vibration Sensor Data = Vib_Sensor X-axis_01 x 100 + Vib_Sensor X-axis_02
3) Vibration Sensor status : If it display '000', normal, '001' incorrect initial position of vibration sensor or
offset error, 002 disconnection of vibration sensor.
