holes, remove it with a pin or any sharp tool.
5
After removing the food residue, clean the
spray arms under running water.
6
After cleaning the upper spray arm, press it
up into place. Turn the nut 1/8 turn clockwise
to make sure that the nut locks back into
place.
7
After assembly, make sure that the spray
arms rotate freely.
Seasonal Maintenance and Storage
• If you will be absent for an extended period of
time during warmer months, close the water
valve and disconnect the power supply line, or
turn off the circuit breaker. Clean the filter, tub
and dispenser to prevent odor.
• If you will be absent for an extended period of
time during colder months and there is a
possibility of freezing temperatures, winterize
the water supply lines and the dishwasher itself.
Winterization must be performed by qualified
service personnel.
Cleaning the Heat Dry Blower
CAUTION
• To prevent the possibility of odors coming from
the heat vent, remove food residue caught in the
gap below the cover periodically (every 4
months).
• To prevent injury during cleaning, wear gloves
and/or protective clothing.
• Wait for the blower to cool sufficiently before
cleaning. If you touch it while it is hot, you may
get injured.
• When cleaning the heat dry blower, do not allow
water, detergents, or other foreign substances
inside the tube. Doing so may cause the product
to malfunction.
• To avoid electric shock, do not put your hand
inside the heat dry blower tube.
• Never disassemble the nut at the base of the
blower tube. Doing so may cause leakage.
• If the cover is not properly assembled, water
leakage, electric shock, fire or product
malfunction may occur.
1
Remove the lower rack. Locate the heat dry
blower cover in the back left corner at the
bottom of the tub.
2
There is a tab at the base of the cover. Insert a
flat-head screwdriver between the tab and the
cover and gently push it away from the cover.
(Be careful not to break the tab or scratch the
tub.)
3
While the tab is pulled out, turn the cover
clockwise to about 2 o'clock. Lift the cover up
to remove it.
