Weldon industrial tool holder

NOTE
► When using tools with Weldon shank, the tool holder with
retainer must be assembled (delivery condition).
For further information, see the section Dismantling/as-
sembling the tool holder.
Inserting the tool
Before inserting, clean the Weldon shank of the tool and the

tool holder.
Loosen both Allen screws in the tool holder with the Allen key
‹
(H) supplied.
Insert the tool into the tool holder.

NOTE
► Use the ZAP 200 (A) reducing ring for tools with 19mm
Weldon shank.
► Insert the appropriate ejector pin (B,C,D,E) before inserting
a core drill.
Tighten both Allen screws in the tool holder using the Allen
‹
key (H) supplied.
Removing the tool
Loosen both Allen screws in the tool holder using the Allen
‹
key (H) supplied and remove the tool by pulling it down-
wards.
Remove the ZAP 200 reducing ring (A), if necessary.
