At the front of the rack, vertically position the mounting-bracket flange so
that its holes are aligned with the holes in the vertical rail (see Figure 1-4).
Secure the mounting-bracket flange with two 10-32 x 0.5-inch counter-sink
Phillips-head screws and two #10 formed-metal washers.

At the back of the rack, vertically position the mounting-bracket flange so
that its two holes are aligned with the holes in the vertical rail. Secure the
mounting-bracket flange with two 10-32 x 0.5-inch counter-sink Phillips-head
screws and two #10 formed-metal washers.

Repeat step 2 to install the second adjustable mounting rail.
