DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS 1. DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS These driving instructions are valid for Nordtrack CT20 and Nordtrack CT24 machines. The purpose of these instructions is to enable safe moving of the machine during transportation. NOTICE: Do not use the machine for screening solely based on these instructions. The actual instruction manual for the machine is delivered separately.
Pay attention to the machine dimensions to avoid power lines, bridges, branches, and other obstacles. 1.2. GENERAL HAZARD Will cause death or serious injury. In a dangerous situation, stop the machine with the emergency stop button, the key switch of the machine, or with the remote stop button (located on either the drive control device or radio control device).

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS 8. Hold the key in the Crank position (4) for 10 seconds. During the 10 seconds, the alarm will continue to sound. 9. Release the key immediately after the engine starts. 10. Before operating the machine, allow the engine to run at idle for 5 minutes to allow the running temperature to be reached.

Before taking the remote control device into use, check visually that the remote control device, cable, or plugs are not damaged. Also make sure that the connectors are clean and that there is no moisture in the plug or connectors.

Alternatively, you can leave the remote control device to charge for wireless use – the Lock LED on the remote control device flashes red during charging and is extinguished when the remote control device is fully charged.

STOPPING THE ENGINE NOTICE: Only use the emergency stop in emergency situations - do not use it for routine stopping of the engine. For locations of emergency stops, see "Emergency stop locations", p.3 .
1.9. TROUBLESHOOTING If there is a problem which prevents the track driving and it cannot be solved by using this driving instruction, contact Metso Outotec. 1.9.1.
