environment where the NCP address is supplied using DHCP.

Issue # Description
01106 Phone locks up after IP call completed when in IP on the Fly mode.
When the NBX system is running in IP on the Fly mode, the Polycom
phone is able to make a call to an IP phone (and or VTL call), however
when the call is ended the Polycom phone locks up.
NOTE: The above bug only occurs when the Polycom phone is installed
as Layer 2 with respect to the system NCP. Bug doesn't occur when
installed as L3 device.
01208 Phone cannot be upgraded when installed as a Layer 3 device.
00923 In standard IP mode, the phone is not reporting a correct IP address to
the NCP
