Operation Keeping food warm WARNING! Use this operating mode to keep food warm straight after being cooked. Do not use it for reheating refrigerated food. Never place hot saucepans or frying pans straight to the warming plate from the hob. This can damage the warming plate. 1.

Use a special non-abrasive cleaning agent for stainless steel.
