- dowód zakupu wyrobu;
- Twoje dane kontaktowe.

damaged parts, the fastest
method of filing a complaint
is to contact the local
distributor from which the
product was purchased.
To file a complaint you will
need the following informa-
tion:
- product index (xxx-xxx-xxxx);
- date on the first page of the
instruction manual;
- number of the component
or fitting;
- the number of missing
components or fittings;
- colour of the product
(located on the external
packaging of the product);
- proof of purchase of the
product;
- your contact details.

- цвет изделия (обозначен
на внешней стороне
упаковочной коробки
изделия);
- квитанция о покупке
изделия;
- ваши контактные данные.
