HOW TO USE YOUR ELECTRIC SKILLET • Insert temperature control probe into pan receptacle. • Plug cord into standard 120V AC outlet. • Turn temperature control to desired setting, the light will go ON. • Appliance will pre-heat for 5 to 10 minutes, depending upon your temperature setting.
