Salt 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Cinnamon 1 Cup bleached All Purpose Flour (can use Gluten Free Baking Flour as replacement) 5 Eggs Topping: 1 ½ Cups sugar, 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Bring the water, butter, salt, sugar, and cinnamon to a rolling boil.

Use the cutter provided to cut the correct size of dough for the empanada maker. Place about 1-2 tbsp of filling in the center, make sure not to overfill.
