FOR ALL RECIPES: Sift your flour into a mixing bowl and make a well in the flour to put the remaining ingredients in. Begin to press together and knead with your hands. When the dough comes together, remove from the bowl. Dust the table with flour and knead the dough for about 2 minutes, if it’s sticky add more flour.
