Before you contact technical support, please make sure that the power cord is correctly
plugged into the power supply and the power adapter is plugged into the DS15.
If you do need to contact us, please collect the following information, which you will
find on the label on the back of the computer: Product Model No., Product Part No.,
and Product Serial Number. See Fig. K for their location. We provide support via the
Internet, phone, or email.

• Use only designated power cord with the designated AC adapter.
• Disconnect the power plug from AC outlet if the product is not used for a long period of time.
• Keep away from cold.
• Keep away from high temperatures or fire hazards.
Don't
• Open the computer casing. Any dismantling or adjustments may result in electric shock.
• Touch the LCD panel surface with sharp or hard objects.
• Use abrasive cleaners, waxes or solvents for your cleaning.
• Pull on the power cord or power adapter, or damage the power cord insulation.
• Operate the product under the following conditions:
- Extremely hot cold or humid environment. (See operating specifications.)
- Areas susceptible to excessive dust and dirt.
- Near any appliance generating a strong magnetic field.
- In direct sunlight.
