- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAVEAT Note: Please do not tighten any bolt until all bolts have been put into right place. If you tighten one bolt, it maybe cause other bolts out of position. STEP 1 Assemble the seat plate (D) to the backrest (A) with 4 bolts (H), 4 washers (I). Do not screw down.

Back seat In front of the seat STEP 5 Assemble the base (E) to the seat plate (D) with 4 bolts (K), 8 washers (M), 2 plates (G) and 4 nuts (L). Secure and tighten all the components before using.
