EXTRACTION GUIDELINES
Depending on your choice of beans, you might need to adjust the grinder
setting to a finer or more coarse choice.
Perfect espresso Under extracted
• Flow like warm honey • Flowing fast like water
• Nut-brown Crema • Light and pale Crema
• Well balanced and
lingering taste
To make it perfect:
• Adjust grinding setting
to a finer setting, one
click at a time
• Select a higher strength
Over extracted
• Flowing in drips or
not at all
• Crema very dark and
not uniform

Empty drip tray

coffee ground container
when lights come up.
Once a month,

of the machine. Follow

Remove and clean

milk container lid.

Promptly descale
