data and outputs it through the serial port

+ channel, and uses them as the wireless
transmitting target.

the write command, 09 is the host initiator
address, 02 is the length, 03 E8 is the set
delay time, the maximum FFFF that is
65535ms, set to 0 to turn off the wake-up
