Operation Instructions

The head of MT21C can be adjusted from 0°- 90° based on users' need.

Battery Installation

Insert battery as illustrated in the diagram. Upon battery installation, the light blinks to report battery voltage (refer to the Power Tip section for details)

NOTE:

  1. Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly. The MT21C will not operate if batteries are incorrectly inserted.
  2. Avoid direct eye exposure.
  3. When the flashlight is kept in a backpack, loosen the tail cap to prevent accidental activation of the flashlight; When it is left unused for extended periods of time, please remove all batteries to prevent battery leakage.

On/Off

Turn on: When the light is off, press and hold the On/Off switch to enter the Ultra-low mode.
Turn off: When the light is on, press and hold the On/Off switch to turn off the light.

Brightness Selection

When the light is on, tap the On/Off switch to cycle through "Ultralow-Low-Mid-High-Turbo".

Constant Turbo

When the light is off, press and hold the On/Off switch to enter Ultralow and then Turbo. Release the button once Turbo is activated for constant output.

Momentary Turbo

When the light is off, press and hold the On/Off switch to enter Ultralow and then Turbo. Release the button after 2.5 seconds to exit.

Special Mode (Strobe/SOS/Beacon)

In any state, quickly tap the On/Off switch 3 times successively to enter Strobe. Tap the On/Off switch again to cycle through "Beacon-SOS-Strobe". To exit, simply press and hold the On/Off switch.

Power Tips

  1. When the light is on, the power indicator will blink once every two seconds when power level drops to 50%; the power indicator will blink quickly when power level is low.
  2. When the light is off, tap the ON/OFF switch, the blue indicator will report battery voltage (to the nearest ±0.1V). For example, when the battery voltage is at a maximum charge of 4.2V, the blue indicator will blink 4 times, followed by a one second pause and 2 more blinks before entering the standby status. Different voltages represent the corresponding remaining battery power levels:
    Power Indication

Note: when using two CR123/RCR123 in series, the flashlight only reports the average voltage between the two batteries.

ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation)

With Advanced Temperature Regulation module, the MT21C regulates its output and adapts to the ambient environment, maintaining optimal performance.

Changing Batteries

Batteries should be recharged or replaced if any of the followings occurs: the blue indicator blinks quickly; output appears to be dim or the flashlight becomes unresponsive.

Maintenance

Every 6 months, threads should be wiped with a clean cloth followed by a thin coating of silicon- based lubricant.
