Our products are subject to strict quality control.
If the Qi-Home
does not work properly, we apologise sincerely and
request you to contact your area sales consultant
or the authorized customer service.
Waveguard GmbH provides a two year warranty to
the retail buyer from the date of purchase for any
material defects in the Qi-Home
of delivery. For any material defects during the
warranty period, you have the option of getting
the device repaired twice or exchanging if for a
non-defective one. If the device does not function
properly even then, we will give you a full refund.

the invoice number of the purchase receipt.
If we agree to inspect the shipment, please send the device
in its original packaging with suitable outer packaging to
