- Page 3 Disassembly 1. Before you begin, make sure the motorcycle and radio are in the OFF position. 2. From inside the saddlebag, remove the four grille retaining screws, or remove the grille from the saddlebag according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Page 4 3. Disconnect the speaker leads from the speaker to be replaced. If equipped with Harley-Davidson Plugs, unplug them from the speaker. 4. Remove the speaker to be replaced by removing the four mounting screws securing it to the bag lid. Remove the speaker.
- Page 5 Installation 5. From inside the saddlebag, feed the speaker leads into the top of the saddlebag speaker cavity to the positive and negative terminals of the PSC57, or simply connect the Harley-Davidson Plugs if available.
- Page 6 6. Install and mount the PSC57 speaker with the four screws removed in Step 4. Make sure the tweeter and speaker are oriented towards the front of the motorcycle. 7. Replace the grille and reinstall using the grille retainer screws removed in Step 2, or as necessary for your make and model of motorcycle.
- Page 7 Optionally, you may replace the HD logo on the grille with the KICKER logo. Now enjoy your new coaxial speaker upgrade!
- Page 8 Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, KICKER will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise. Warranty replacements may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes.
