FM Radio
The radio uses the earphones as an antenna. For better reception, extend the earphone cable
as far as possible. Note that you can also adjust for noisy FM by shifting the earphone cord
position.
Playing FM radio
To turn the radio on:
1. Press

to navigate to FM radio.
2. Press MENU to enter FM radio mode. The frequency screen appears.
Note: In all playback modes, press and hold MENU to return to the menu.
To tune the radio:

to step through the frequency range.
To turn the radio off:

Press and hold MENU to display the Home menu and select other modes.

Option menu (FM Radio)
Press MENU at the playback screen to show the Option menu. Press
press MENU to confirm the selection or change the setting.
The following options are available:
•
Save – To save the current station as a preset station.
•
Record– To record the current station and enter the Record mode.
Delete– To delete a preset station.
•
Delete all – To delete all preset stations.
•
Auto search – To start auto searching.
•
Normal band – To switch to normal band.
•
•
Japan band – To switch to Japan band.
•
Exit – To exit the radio menu.
Storing and recalling preset stations
You can store up to 20 preset stations in the player.
To store the currently playing station as a preset:
1. Press MENU to display the Option menu.
