ALP2200/A ALP2200/A130 4. Power supply Information LED panels ALP2200/A, ALP2200/A130 can be supplied only with DC supply voltage. Supply voltage is connected to X1 connector with 6 pins; connector is common also for RS485 interface. Connector Signal Signal description Supplying...
ALP2200/A ALP2200/A130 5. Communication lines and peripherals 5.1. RS485 Information LED panels ALP2200/A, ALP2200/A130 contains single galvanic separated interface RS485. RS 485 line is connected to 6-pin connector X1, which is also common for panel powering. RS485 Connector Signal Signal description...
ALP2200/A ALP2200/A130 More information about using the RS485 line can be found in Application Note AP0016. The RS485 line communication protocol is determined by user appli- cation in processor. 5.1.1 RS485 line termination For correct function, RS485 line must be terminated with terminating resistors.
AP0016. The RS485 line communication protocol is determined by user application in processor. 5.2. Geographic addressing Information panel ALP2200/A, ALP2200/A130 geographic address is set by interconnecting the address inputs ADx with COM pin on connector X2. Combination of bits AD1 (LSB) to AD4 (MSB) represents by itself the binary form of geographic address.
ALP2200/A ALP2200/A130 Table of Logical levels Address addresses Examples Leaving the X2 connector unwired causes that address is set to 64. By connecting COM, AD2 and AD3 pins is the address set to 70. 5.3. Light sensor Information panel is equipped with light sensor, that is used for measuring of ambient light.
ALP2200/A ALP2200/A130 6. Connectors and terminals layout Information panels ALP2200/A, ALP2200/A130 contain two WAGO connectors. WAGO231-636/019-000 connector is used for panel powering and communica- tion via RS485. Its counterpart is WAGO231-306/102-000. WAGO231-635/019-000 connector is used for geographic addressing. Its coun- terpart is WAGO231-305/102-000.
ALP2200/A ALP2200/A130 7. Mounting Information panel is designed to be mounted onto rail coach interior using mounting holes located on the panel sides. Information panel is attached by bolts, fastened to 4 nuts with M6 thread. Fig. 15 - Location of mounting holes 7.1.
