General guidelines for safe operation
Read all instructions carefully.
Use the device and associated equipment away from flammable materials;
The gas heater should be placed in a well ventilated area; Failure to comply with that
requirement for ventilation is possible occurrence of damages caused by the constant rise of
operating temperature;
Always use a reducing valve outlet pressure 1.5bar and hose for connecting to the gas tank.
Do not operate without a covering cap;
For each kilowatt (kW) heating capacity is necessary to have a ventilation hole size 25cm

evenly distributed between the top and bottom of the room, with a minimum opening for
ventilation must be 250cm

Do not exceed the ratio of 100W per cubic meter of space, as in all cases the volume of the
room should be no smaller than 310m

The gas heater should not be placed next to combustible materials, and at least 2.5m away
from walls and other objects to ensure trouble-free ventilation (cooling) of the instrument;
In operation the gas heater must not be covered by a cloth or other material;
Always unplug the unit before moving to maintenance work or repairs;
Never place the gas bottle in front of the heater. Place the bottle next to the heater. Non-
compliance of this requirement, there is a serious risk of fire !!!
Attention! Do not place the RD-GH40 on flammable surfaces. (The metal surface is the most
suitable);
Make sure that the back of the fan and grille are not covered;
For disconnecting the device press a button - "Off". Never unplug the device directly from the
socket;
In case of gas leakage immediately close the valve of the gas bottle. Unplug the appliance with
button - "Off", then unplug from the grid-circuit. Refer to a specialized service (shown in the
warranty card);
When replacing the gas cylinder, ensure that there is no risk of fire!
The device is not intended for home use !!!
Suitable for heating greenhouses, warehouses, industrial facilities, construction.
WORK WITH GAS heaters
Before starting the gas heater make sure that it is complied with all safety rules set out in this
manual for operation
Connect the hose nozzles at the gas bottle heater. To check the condition of ties, brush with
soapy water junctions. Then turn the valve on the gas bottle. In the presence of a gas leak will
produce bubbles. Close the valve of the gas bottle and go to the next action;
Plug the device to the wiring (220V ~ 50Hz);
Press 9 to ON. Check the condition of the fan (back side of the unit). In case of a problem
switch off the device and contact a qualified service brought to bear on the warranty card.
Open the valve of the gas bottle and then immediately press the button 7 by holding for about
5-10 seconds, then press 8 (Igniter);
To turn off the device, always follow the sequence: Close the valve of the gas bottle; Turn off
the fan by 9 button (On / Off switch); Unplug the power cord (1) from the mains;
PROPANE-BUTANE
Use a mixture of propane and butane (G30 G31);
SUPPORT
Before proceeding with cleaning or technical examination is always pre disconnect unit from
the mains. Close the valve of the gas bottle!
Check the ulpatnitelite and general condition of the terminals. In case of damage replace them.
Cylinder valves shall have a safety plug and pin;
Ving gas cylinder must be placed in an upright position, even in cases when it is not connected
to the heater.
Gas Heater can be cleaned with detergents that do not contain abrasive or flammable
substances. Before cleaning, make sure that the device is cooled to the;
