Using this manual
This manual is intended to be used as a work of reference for
professional, well trained and authorised users to be able to
safely install, use, maintain and repair the product mentioned
on the cover of this document.

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Identification of the product
The identification plate contains, among other things, the
following data:
• product name
• serial number
• supply voltage and frequency
• power consumption
1.2 General description
The Mobiflex 400-MS (Mobiflex 400-MS/C) is a mobile filter unit
with integrated fan that provides extraction and filtration for use
with a flexible extraction arm or extraction hose.
The machine features an aluminum spark arrester and a round
cellulose filter cartridge. This filter cartridge is provided with a
precoat to extend the lifespan and increases initial operating
efficiency of the filter. The machine is fitted with a RotaPulse
system for automatic sectionwise cleaning of the filter cartridge
by compressed air. In case of a Mobiflex 400-MS the
compressed air is externally supplied, whereas the Mobiflex
400-MS/C is equipped with a built-in compressor. The dust and
dirt particles end up in the dust tray underneath the unit.
Thanks to the four transport wheels (two of which are swivel
casters), the machine is extremely suitable to be used in
relatively small facilities or near sources of pollution without a
fixed location.

1.7 Transport of the machine
Euromate B.V. cannot be held liable for any transportation
damage after delivery of the machine. Always handle the
machine and the accompanying extraction arm/hose with care.
Always completely dismount the extraction arm/hose before
transport. Dismount the arm/hose by executing the mounting
procedure in reverse order. Subsequently the machine and the
arm/hose can be transported on a pallet in the original packing.
To prevent damage, prevent the machine and the arm/hose
from shifting on the pallet.
